Semi-Private (“Team”) Personal Training is group training for 2-6 people per session. Groups are kept small so as to ensure each person gets the high quality and customized coaching they need. You can expect a strong team atmosphere and high energy each and every time. Workouts are built around a 16-week program; each workout builds off of the last; and each workout is customized to your goals and limitations.
You’ll begin your semi-private training experience with a comprehensive consultation and movement screen. We’ll then schedule you for a free one-hour orientation session where you’ll learn everything you need to know before you step foot into your first session—warm-ups, form guidance, and mobility movements. From there, you’re ready to train!
Every workout is built around your specific goals—fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance—and you can expect a total body workout emphasizing foundational movement patterns plus accessory and conditioning exercises. Regardless of how many times you train with us each week, you’ll make comprehensive progress.
Workouts are broken up into A and B workouts each week, and we’ll have a couple options for each, making it easy for you to schedule your sessions when it makes sense for you.
This is personal training. It’s more affordable than one-on-one personal training, and it’s definitely more effective than a $25 boot camp class somewhere else. Semi-Private and Team Training is a cost-effective way to meet your goals and work alongside other, like-minded people in their fitness journey.
